Meet Jessica Raines, APRN -
A Passionate Advocate for Children's Health
Dr. Jessica Raines, DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC, is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Bloom Pediatrics. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, faith-based care to children and families. With more than 20 years of medical experience, she offers a strong foundation in primary pediatric care and integrative medicine, paired with a highly personalized approach.
Dr. Raines earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Florida and is board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She has been licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the Florida Board of Nursing since 2013. Dr. Raines is committed to educating families and empowering parents with the knowledge and confidence to support their child’s health and development.
She has also been actively involved in mission work for over two decades, serving families through both medical care and faith-based outreach. Her faith is central to her life and informs her commitment to serving others with compassion and integrity.
Dr. Raines resides in Callahan, Florida with her husband and their beloved Aussiedoodles, and is the proud mother of five grown children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, kayaking, gardening, relaxing at the beach, and connecting with family and friends.”
Meet Jocelyn Bonfante, APRN -
A Dedicated Partner in Family and Pediatric Care
Jocelyn Bonfante, APRN, CPNP-PC, CLC, is a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner committed to supporting the health and well being of children and families. Since earning her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida in 2014, Jocelyn has combined her clinical expertise with a genuine heart for serving others.
Board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB), Jocelyn brings a strong foundation in primary pediatric care, along with specialized training as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). She is passionate about walking alongside families through every stage of development, providing guidance, education, and encouragement with a thoughtful and personalized approach.
Beyond the clinic, Jocelyn has a deep love for mission work and has spent time serving families in Colombia, where she provides care and support to underserved communities. As a bilingual provider, she is able to connect with and care for a broader range of families.
Jocelyn lives in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband and their two children. She has a passion for teaching and empowering others, whether that’s educating parents, mentoring peers, or investing in the next generation of healthcare providers.
