Billing/Payments
- All payments are due at the time of the visit.
- Membership fees are billed on the first day of each month.
- Payments accepted via Health Savings Account (HSA) or credit/debit card.
- We do not accept insurance at this time, but will provide a Superbill to send to your insurance company. Superbills include essential details, such as diagnosis and procedure codes, that insurance companies require for reimbursement after you have paid for services.
